Visitors from China

4 students from Beijing, shown here with their host 'siblings', began an extended, 2-month visit to the high school in late February, as part of the district's ongoing foreign exchange program.

Author Enlivens School Reading Assignment

​Award-winning author Steven Sheinkin discussed his book about the creation of the atomic bomb with students and faculty at Roslyn High School, who had read it as a building-wide reading activity.

Marching Bulldogs Are No. 1 in NYS

​The band earned the top ranking in the state with winning performances in Brentwood and Copiague.


Film Award

Griffin Berkenfeld's film 'Time Stops' was an Official Selection for the 2015 All American High School Film Festival.


National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists

​Samuel Markowitz, Alexa Silver, Ryan Bichoupan and Timothy Chen are among the 16,000 named nationwid selected from 1.5 million high school students in their grade nationwide.
